Terms of Service

The service

Flowra lets you build and run LLM-powered workflows on a visual canvas. You bring your own API keys for LLM providers and tools; we provide the infrastructure to connect them together and run them.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your credentials safe.
• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flowra to:

• Break the law, generate illegal content, or harm others.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages through connected tools (email, Slack, etc.).
• Attempt to overload, probe, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
• Violate the terms of any third-party service you connect (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Slack, etc.).
• Circumvent rate limits or quotas.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Free tier and billing

• Free tier: 50 flow runs per calendar month. Resets on the first of the month.
• LLM costs: you pay your own provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) directly using your own API keys. Flowra does not mark up LLM usage.
• Paid plans: when available, billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time from the billing page. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

Your content

You own your flows and the data they process. We store them only to run them on your behalf. We do not claim any rights to your content and do not use it to train AI models.

Service changes

Flowra is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed. We will give reasonable notice for breaking changes. We may also update these terms — significant changes will be announced.

No warranty

Flowra is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of LLM outputs, or that scheduled runs will fire exactly on time. Don't use Flowra for safety-critical or life-critical systems.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markov Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
